    Welcome to Stranded Stone Designs. These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse my website, place an order or contact me about a custom or personalised piece.

    About Stranded Stone Designs

    Stranded Stone Designs is a small handmade business creating macramé pieces incorporating natural crystals, dried flowers and other materials.

    Every piece is handmade, meaning there may be small variations between products and photographs. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade work.

    Products

    I make every effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, sizes and materials are represented as accurately as possible.

    Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

    Natural crystals and dried flowers can naturally vary in colour, shape, size, pattern and texture.

    Orders

    When you place an order through my website, you are agreeing to purchase the item.

    An order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and/or your order has been accepted.

    If I need to cancel an order after payment has been made, I will provide a full refund.

    Made-to-Order Pieces

    Made-to-order pieces require up to 7 working days to be created and prepared for dispatch.

    This does not include delivery time.

    Custom & Personalised Orders

    Custom pieces are created specifically for you based on the details agreed during the design process.

    This may include your chosen:

    • Colours

    • Crystals

    • Dried flowers

    • Wording or names

    • Size

    • Design

    • Other personalised details

    Please check spelling, names, dates and other personalised information carefully before confirming your order.

    Once work has begun on a bespoke piece, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

    Pricing & Payment

    All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

    Prices may be changed at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later price changes.

    Delivery

    Orders are sent using Royal Mail.

    Postage costs depend on the size and weight of the package and will be shown at checkout.

    Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

    Returns & Refunds

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.

    Intellectual Property

    All photographs, product images, designs, written content, logos and branding on the Stranded Stone Designs website belong to Stranded Stone Designs unless otherwise stated.

    You may not copy, reproduce or use my designs, photographs or content for commercial purposes without my written permission.

    Custom Designs & Photography

    I may photograph completed pieces for my website, portfolio or social media.

    If you would prefer your custom piece not to be photographed or shared, please let me know when placing your order.

    Website Information

    I make every effort to keep the information on my website accurate and up to date.

    However, I cannot guarantee that the website will always be completely free from errors or interruptions.

    Privacy

    Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
